Because we operate on a custom print-on-demand model, every product is freshly printed and crafted specifically for you after your order is confirmed.
1. 100% Secure Prepaid Orders Only
To ensure the highest quality of service, minimize package rejections, and maintain smooth operations, Lafzwear.in operates on a 100% Prepaid Model.
  • We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Wallets.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Every order is processed only after successful online payment confirmation.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
Since we do not stock pre-made items, every order goes through a production phase before it is shipped.
  • Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 4 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your products.
  • Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is printed and handed over to our courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees), the estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • North-East & Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain cart value, which will be explicitly highlighted on our website homepage.
5. Tracking Your Order
  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS confirmation from Lafzwear.in.
  • This notification will contain a Tracking Link and a Tracking ID (AWB Number).
  • You can track the real-time movement of your package directly via the link provided.
6. Undelivered Packages & Incorrect Address
Since you have already paid for your order, we want to make sure it reaches you safely. Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before finalizing your order.
  • If a package is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address, incomplete contact number, or because you were unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • In such cases, our team will contact you. You will need to pay additional shipping fees to have the package re-shipped to your corrected address.
  • We can hold your returned package in our facility for a maximum of 90 days. Unclaimed packages after this period will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
