Refund policy
Welcome to Lafzwear.in! Since all our products are custom-printed and made-to-order especially for you, our return and refund policies are different from standard e-commerce stores.
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take utmost care in printing and packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or completely wrong item, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for damage, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time, along with clear photos of the defect and the shipping label.
- 7-Day Reporting Window: You must report the issue to our support team within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Any requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.
- Lost Packages: If a package is officially confirmed as lost by our courier partner during transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
2. Size Exchange and Buyer's Remorse
Because every single product is custom-made on demand based on your choice of design, color, and size, we cannot accept returns for general reasons.
- No Changes/Cancellations: Once an order goes into production, we cannot change the size, color, or design. Please double-check our size chart before placing your order.
- Wrong Size Ordered: We do not offer free exchanges or refunds if you accidentally order the wrong size or color.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind after the product has been printed or delivered.
3. Non-Delivery and Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, incomplete contact number, or because the recipient was unavailable:
- The package will be sent back to our fulfillment facility.
- Our team will contact you to confirm the correct shipping details.
- You will need to pay additional shipping charges to have the package re-shipped to your correct address.
- We will hold your returned item in our facility for a maximum of 90 days. If you do not claim it or pay for re-shipping within this period, the item will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
4. How to Request a Return/Replacement
If your case qualifies for a return or replacement under Section 1 (Damaged/Defective), please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@lafzwear.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number, a description of the issue, clear photos, and your Mandatory Unboxing Video.
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and guide you on the replacement or refund process.
